Principles of induction range (IH)
What is induction heating?
It refers to electromagnetic induction heating.
Induction uses magnetic field that is created when current passes through the coil to heat the food in container, as numerous eddy currents generated while magnetic line of force in magnetic field passes under steel container and rapidly heats the container itself. Since heat is generated for the size of container, it prevents unnecessary energy loss. Also, the surrounding of burner doesn’t heat up that cooking is safer. It is the quickest way to cook among the products that are developed so far.
The advantage of induction range is that it minimizes energy distribution that it reduces energy loss, and automatically blocks power once the container (pot) is away from the burner. Also, it guarantees maximum efficiency through the application of precision electronic control system. (Induction cooker operates by electromagnetic properties, so you must use induction pots.)
